Irwin Kellner, the chief economist at MarketWatch.com, provides some critiques on the Obama administration’s actions with respect to job creation.

Dr. Kellner has been in the business for some time, so his advice could be well worth listening to. He wrote an article six years ago on how to create new jobs that is still highly referenced, based on google hit ranking. Much of what he wrote then still holds true today (just add 4 or 5 points to the unemployment rate).
